Fenston Homes provides semi-independent accommodation for young people aged 16+ to enable a successful transition to independent living. The provision is staffed 24/7. Our approach is flexible, person-focused and driven by the needs as identified through Pathway and Placement Planning, of each individual young person in our provision.
Our Mission
Fenston Homes aims to equip young people with the knowledge, skills and ability, to take a fuller control of their lives as possible, by enabling them to feel more fulfilled in life through the range of opportunities offered. Focusing on each young person as an individual and recognising their potential and human rights by the way our services are provided to them.
Services that We Offer
We provide semi-independent accommodation for young people aged 16+ to enable a smooth transition to independent living. Through using an outcome and strength-based approach, Fenston Homes aims to support young people to achieve positive outcomes and their aspirations. We offer an environment which encourages and empower young people to grow and develop their independent skills, resilience and confidence.
Support With Complex Needs
At Fenston Homes, we support young people with a wide range of complex needs. Our holistic person-centred care approach allows us to provide innovative, effective and therapeutic environments that enable our young people to make their own choices with the support of our competent staff team.
Social Inclusion
Fenston Homes, we support young people to retain control over their lives no matter the complexities of life. We focus on optimum state of health and well-being, encouraging social inclusion for our valued young people.
Emergency Respite Services
We also offer respite for those coming under emergency short term placements. The services normally covers anything between 72 hours per week.
